The title of this humble post may leave stupefied more than one ...
Everyone knows how to put Russia on the map, right?
In the almost 8 years that I have lived in Russia, I have noticed that there are many people who do not know anything about the Russian country and I do not mean illiterate people precisely, nor from underdeveloped countries. I refer to people I know from my own land, friends, family, acquaintances, with careers, without them, with work or without work, some firm pro-independence or others who carry the blood of the Bull in their veins.
Those who can not yet specify the borders of this country (the most visible on the map), are usually the first ones to tell you ...
Are you living in Russia? See that you go so far ... You are very brave to live there! I do not go there or crazy.
Those who do know any of the Russian borders, dare to comment on the Russian mafia or the dictatorial regime of the Russian government and the persecution of homosexuals, for example. You have to see what a disaster Russia ... What a wicked country when it does not hold Olympic Games and World Cups!
Those who do not want to listen to things they have not read in the newspapers always joke and talk to you about Putin. Paradoxically, taking Putin out in the conversation always manages to get some smile from everyone.
Luckily, in Russia there is no tradition of reading the newspaper every day with a coffee.
I think the brave are those who remain in the same place, accepting and conforming repeating everything they already know.
The system informs us in such a way that we get to the point of knowing absolutely nothing
I do not want it to look like I blame anyone, because I do not save myself from this illiteracy induced since childhood.
Until recently, it was also difficult for me to open my own eyes and mental borders, and if that were not enough, I also had to put up with the contempt, distrust and skepticism of many people who have judged me for so much. just move a few KM on the map.
I can hear a permanent whistle of criticism that goes against my new principles and philosophy, but luckily the praises of smart people and those who love me keep saving my way.
With every detail I discover in this world, I feel like knowing more, at the same time that I get angry for knowing so little and that I have been distracted in such a way that it is hardly possible to go back to get something useful.
If I am happy with something, it is from having adopted a position in my life, far from the extreme postures and the bubble of comfort
Russia is the largest country in the world, without entering figures you should know, that only its surface occupies one eighth of the earth's crust and is such a large territory that it almost doubles on the surface to the USA or the same old European continent. It seems incredible that such an immense bear could go unnoticed in the middle of the zoo.
The problem is not knowing where a country is or is not, I myself do not locate many countries of the world or there will even be important cities or territories that do not even exist or I have simply forgotten that information. The important thing is attitude and positioning before life. Tomorrow you can know everything that you do not know today. You just have to want to know and be awake.
Why is so little known of the largest country in the world? Why even without knowing anything, many hate Russia, fear it or dare to talk about it with such arrogance?
Are they manipulating us and diminishing our abilities to know the world?
Dear Russian Lover, leave a comment talking about your country of origin, so that everyone who reads this post has the opportunity to open a small unknown border more
Greetings from Russia with love!
